We specialize in plant-based and gluten-free Italian-style treats handcrafted in small batches with fresh, seasonal and whenever possible, locally sourced ingredients. Our passion is to create nostalgic bakery classics so that people following dairy, egg and gluten-free diets don’t have to feel deprived of the desserts they grew up eating. We make the best Italian Rainbow Cookies you’ll ever have because they’re based on the family recipe we grew up baking every Christmas!
